Panera Bread recently committed to removing all artificial ingredients from their foods by 2016. We are very grateful for this huge commitment. This includes all additives, artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, as well as the high fructose corn syrup in their drinks. Thank you, Panera Bread.

But wait a sec! GMOs are artificial – they can’t occur in nature and are created in the laboratories of chemical companies. On top of that, GMOs contain higher levels of synthetic pesticides. There is no consensus on the safety of GMO foods and no long term independent safety testing. Your competitor, Chipotle, is giving GMOs the boot. Please add Roundup Ready, Bt toxic pesticide-producing GMOs to your list of artificial ingredients and remove them too!
